Anjani Nadadur is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the International Trade and Public Policy practices. Her practice is concentrated on helping clients navigate complex and cutting-edge regulatory and policy matters related to international trade and national security.

Anjani advises clients, including multinational technology companies, on US customs regulations and export controls and sanctions compliance matters, including regulatory compliance risks related to the EAR, ITAR and export classifications. She also has experience conducting sanctions and export controls due diligence reviews in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Anjani's experience includes assisting clients in internal investigations in connection with possible violations of US sanctions and export control laws. She also represents companies in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission.

Additionally, Anjani helps clients navigate state, federal and international data privacy and cybersecurity regulations. She also advises clients on cyber incident response and related crisis management.

Prior to law school, Anjani worked for the United States Executive Director at the World Bank, conducting diligence on proposed World Bank funding and reviewing World Bank policies. She also served as Senior Advisor to the United States Trade Representative, working on matters related to US trade and investment policy.
