Magnus counsels clients in a wide range of industries, including the life science, consumer goods, insurance, banking and energy sectors, and often with a focus on emerging technologies.
Magnus has been a secondee with the M&A departments of Nestlé S.A. in Switzerland and MetLife Inc. in New York, and is a frequent law school guest lecturer on mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments.
