Eduardo González-Canales

Eduardo González-Canales assists clients in M&A, project development, and corporate matters and joint ventures. He leads complex domestic and cross-border deals representing public and private companies in strategic acquisitions and divestitures of companies/assets across the energy supply chain, infrastructure, technology, mining, manufacturing, and consumer industries.

Eduardo represents domestic and international companies in the construction, development, financing, and commercialization of infrastructure projects, including LNG, renewable energy, power, mining, oil, gas, hydrogen, and carbon capture. He also advises institutional/private lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of term loans, credit facilities, and private note offerings across different industries and jurisdictions. Additionally, Eduardo counsels clients in the negotiation and implementation of commercial and operational contracts in the oil and gas and infrastructure industries.
