Anne Cai is a senior associate in the Corporate & Securities practice in Mayer Brown's Hong Kong office. Anne focuses on corporate and securities matters, including global debt and equity offerings. She advises issuers and underwriters in capital market transactions in sectors including real estate, financial and technology. She also has experience with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, US commercial litigations, compliance, corporate internal investigations and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the capital markets practice group of other leading international firms.
Anne is fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien and English.

- The managers in connection with the issuance of US$300 million 8.375% senior notes due 2029 issued by Li & Fung Limited and the dealer managers in connection with the offer to tender US$650 million 5.25 per cent. subordinated perpetual capital securities for repurchase for cash by Li & Fung Limited, a leading supply chain service provider, servicing leading global retailers and brands.
- The managers in connection with the issuances of US$ notes under the Euro Medium Term Note Programme of New Development Bank.
- Manappuram Finance Limited, a leading gold finance player in India in its update of US$2,000,000,000 secured global medium term note programme.
- The joint lead managers on New York law governed US$2.05 billion three-tranche, SEC-registered offering issued by the Republic of Indonesia. The transaction comprised US$500 million 4.40% bonds due 2029, US$650 million 4.70% bonds due 2034, and US$900 million 5.10% bonds due 2054.
- Shriram Finance Limited, one of India’s largest retail non-banking finance corporations, on its Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of US$750 million 6.625% senior unsecured notes due 2027 under its US$3.5 billion global medium-term note (GMTN) programme, and on its annual GMTN programme update.
- Mongolian Mortgage Corporation HFC LLC and MIK Holding JSC, a core housing finance company in Mongolia, on their exchange offer for 8.85% senior notes due 2024 and the concurrent new money issuance of US$225 million 11.5% senior notes due 2027.
- Development Bank of Mongolia on its private placement of bonds.
- Three leading financial institutions as solicitation agents on the consent solicitation to amend certain terms of the New York law governed notes in aggregate principal amount of US$764.101 million issued by Azure Power Solar Energy Private Limited and Azure Power Energy Limited, and guaranteed by Azure Power Global Limited, a renewable power company in India.
