Mayer Brown recognized in Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Asia Pacific 2025 Awards

Hong Kong – Mayer Brown has once again been recognized for its fresh thinking and capacity to bring about new ideas to achieve excellence in the Financial Times’ Innovative Lawyers Asia Pacific Awards. The firm was singled out for “standout” recognition in the dealmaking category for advising Mongolia’s capital city of Ulaanbaatar in issuing a US$500 million municipal bond.

A team led by Hong Kong-based partner Tom Kollar and New York-based partner Jason Elder, with the support of associate Anne Cai and legal manager Iris Gong, devised a streamlined approach to the transaction.
