Ludmila Braga leads the Real Estate Transactions and Investments practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados (in association with Mayer Brown) and is recognized as a reference for transactional real estate across its full spectrum: the structuring and formation of real estate funds, joint ventures, M&A, public offerings, privatizations and distressed assets. She advises across all key verticals and asset classes — residential, multifamily, industrial, office, logistics, mining, agribusiness and infrastructure — serving fund managers, key quotaholders, investors and top-tier developers.   • Agrícola Xingu (Mitsui Group): sale of farmland (Fazenda Tabuleiro IV/BA and Fazendas Bocaína and Renascença/MG, 47,800 hectares) to SLC Agrícola for BRL 913 million — Mitsui Group's exit from the Brazilian agricultural sector. Cross-border (Brazil–Japan).
  • Live Nation: joint venture with Cidade Center Norte to develop Brazil's first world-class entertainment and sports arena, integrated into the Center Norte mixed-use complex in São Paulo (over BRL 1 billion). Cross-border (Brazil–US).
  • Greystar / Brio Investimentos: structuring and negotiation of development, management and consultancy agreements for a five-building multifamily platform in São Paulo (fund raising of BRL 250 million).
  • Greystar (student living): advice on two tracks — right of first offer over CIX Capital assets and negotiation of consultancy services for the “Share” student-living assets with Patria (BRL 150 million).
