Jean-Maxime assists clients from various sectors in a number of technically challenging merger cases before the European and the French Competition Authority, in particular concerning the structuring and notification of complex joint ventures and transactions involving very local markets (perfumes & cosmetics, furniture, DIY, airlines, airport services, construction, hotels, clinics, etc.).

He has also been in charge of supervising competition law procedures (in particular merger filings) at the global level at Société Générale for several months in 2018.
Other relevant post-graduate experiences include 6 months in the antitrust and competition law team of the French largest energy producer (EDF).
