Alina Artunian focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, major corporations, technology and Internet companies, and individuals in complex, sensitive, and high-profile litigation matters.

Clients turn to Alina for her trial and litigation experience in civil litigation matters, including financial and securities litigation, derivative suits, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, class actions, and copyright infringement matters. Alina has significant experience in New York, Illinois, and California state and federal courts, and she also represents international and U.S.-based clients in AAA and ICDR arbitrations. Alina’s practice also includes appellate work and she is often called upon to represent clients in the United States Court of Appeals and in state appellate courts.
