Brexit – What does it actually mean? (And a discussion on butter…)

Share

The UK finally exited the EU on January 31… but what does that mean? What has been agreed upon, what will happen next and how will it work in practice? During this call, we will:

  • Recap the current position and next steps;
  • Explain in simple terms what the UK and EU have agreed to—and what this might mean for the future;
  • Test the truth of some recent political statements and the likely real impact of Boris Johnson’s new “backstop”;
  • And illustrate in practical terms using a household dairy product that goes well with toast.

This session is open to all and will be of particular interest to anyone who does business in the UK or the EU, or who has clients who do.
