David Saye is a partner in Mayer Brown's Real Estate practice and serves as lead for the practice in the Charlotte office. He has a diverse real estate practice in the areas of real estate financing, corporate real estate, commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and development. He represents developers, financial institutions, pension funds, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, real estate operating companies, and corporations in connection with construction and permanent loan financing, new developments, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and acquisitions. These real estate projects have included office, hotel, casino, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use buildings.   • Represented a large casino operator in the $43 million acquisition of a horse racetrack outside Cleveland, Ohio.
