Her distinguished track record includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at a global filtration technology company, where she built the company’s legal infrastructure and led its initial public offering, and as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at a multinational engine and power generation corporation, where she architected global IP strategy and transformed IP into a competitive advantage, following impactful senior roles, including Deputy Chief of Staff, at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and as an Intellectual Property Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.
