London Mayer Brown has advised Omni Partners ("Omni") and Infoshare+ on the acquisition of Sava Technology, a leading provider of energy analytics software to UK housing providers. Mayer Brown also advised Omni on its original acquisition of the data management leader Infoshare+ and Infoshare+'s subsequent acquisition of two key software solutions from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (in October 2024), digital solutions provider Looking Local (in January 2025) and public sector data solutions provider Datatank (in June 2025).
