Fireside Chat with Andrew Faile, Acting Commissioner for Patents

This event is a “fireside chat” with Andrew Faile, Acting Commissioner of Patents at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We’ll be candidly discussing topics like the Office’s guidance on Section 101, the new routing system for selecting art units for newly filed patent applications, and some of the recent pilot programs that the Office has put into place. The Acting Commissioner will also provide a short update about the Office’s initiatives and metrics. The event will take place virtually.
