Issues Affecting the Transgender Community

Despite recent progress at the federal law level, members of the transgender community continue to experience violence and discrimination. We will host a panel discussion regarding current issues affecting the transgender community, including the increasing rise in violence, access to bathrooms, and participation in sports. We have lined up three panelists for the event: Christy Hall, from GenderJustice; Taylor Brown, from the ACLU; and Dr. Izzy Lowell, from QMed.
