This session will explore likely audit issues and current IRS examination developments relating to provisions of the TCJA.

Learning Objective

The objective is to introduce attendees to some of the audit issues that are already arising in connection with the TCJA’s corporate provisions, including transition tax, GILTI, BEAT and section 245A, as well as those that are foreseeable in the near future.
