  • Acted as legal director of BNDES, participated in the structuring of financing to companies in the electricity sector, including renewable energy projects;
  • Acted as legal director of BNDES, participated in the structuring of privatization and concession projects for state-owned companies, in the energy, sanitation and transport sectors, among others;
  • Acted as legal director of BNDESPAR, a BNDES equity subsidiary, participated in several corporate transactions, including highly complex corporate reorganizations, involving transfer of control, equity restructuring and debt restructuring (debt).
