Dolapo Oshin

Dolapo Oshin is a senior associate and his practice covers a broad range of securitisations, collateralized loan obligations and other structured investment transactions.  His experience includes working on public and private transactions across a range of jurisdictions and asset classes including trade receivables, SME loans and mortgage loans. He has extensive experience with collateralized loan obligations and has advised on several new issuances, resets, redemptions and structural amendments.

Dolapo represents a variety of market participants including arrangers, collateral managers, originators, issuers and servicers.

Dolapo joined Mayer Brown in 2022, having previously spent seven years at another international law firm, including a secondment to the Structured Finance Derivatives Solutions desk of a major investment bank.
