Elizabeth Osborne is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Real Estate Markets practice.
The primary focus of her practice involves repurchase (warehouse) facilities and other secured lending facilities collateralized by commercial real estate loans. She has extensive experience representing lenders through all stages of the facility life cycle including negotiation and structuring of the facility, pre-purchase due diligence, asset management, and exiting assets though a broad range of strategies including CRE, CLO, and CMBS securitizations. Liz has also represented private equity firms and public companies in complex financing transactions including syndicated senior credit facilities, second lien financing, asset-based loans, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and securitizations.
