Overview

Admitted to the New York and Paris Bar, Jean-Pierre Lee is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice of the Paris office.

He works as a transactional lawyer in the areas of leveraged acquisition and other structured finance transactions; corporate mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. 

Jean-Pierre has been a partner since 2001. He has practiced law in France and the United States.

In addition to his native French, Jean-Pierre is fluent in English.

Experience

Some of the matters in which he has recently been involved include:

  • Advised BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management France in connection with the acquisition of the building 51-53 Boulevard Haussmann.
  • Advised BentallGreenOak in connection with the disposal of French assets out of a pan-European logistics assets portfolio.
  • Advised GreenOak on the acquisition of Corelog’s portfolio of French logistics assets.
  • Advised a group of individuals on the sale of a 28,000 square meters building of offices and retail located in the heart of Paris to Norges Bank Investment management (NBIM).
  • Advised The Dow Chemical Company on the sale of its Global Specialty Films business branch in France to Transilwrap Company Inc., a value-added manufacturer, converter and distributor of specialty film products.
