• A pan-European securitization program arranged by a French bank for one of the world's leading chemical companies;
• A trade receivable securitization program in which he represented one of the world's leading cement conglomerates;
• Several other securitization and structured finance matters involving a wide variety of assets;
• The financing of some of the largest private equity and LBO investments in Europe over the past several years;
• The sale by a financial investor of vineyards and inventories acquired from a publicly traded French seller in several wine producing regions of France and California;
