Overview
Laura Lee is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Laura focuses on leveraged finance transactions and has experience representing both financial institutions and private equity sponsors in connection with leveraged buyouts, working capital facilities and recapitalization transactions.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Laura was an associate at another international law firm where she represented commercial and investment banks, mezzanine funds, SBICs, and private equity funds in connection with debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
