Overview
Mark Hindley is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Mark focuses on complex commercial disputes. He has represented clients in a variety of cases, including contracts; securities and corporate fraud; trademarks, trade dress, and unfair competition; land-use; mass tort; and natural resources. Mark has significant experience in both federal and state district courts, bankruptcy courts, and has argued before various appellate courts.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Mark was a partner at a regional law firm and was previously a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable David K. Winder, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (1996–1997).
