- Represented a Fortune 500 in multiple sale leaseback transactions valued at over $100 million.
- Represented a manufacturing company in the sale leaseback of its headquarters.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2019, Tim:
- Represented hotel operator in its nearly $1 billion acquisition of 35 hotel properties located throughout the United States.
- Represented industrial real estate operating platform in its $60 million acquisition of 8 industrial properties located outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
- Represented industrial real estate operating platform in its $50 million disposition of 4 industrial properties located in northern New Jersey.
- Represented industrial real estate operating platform in its $25 million disposition of industrial property located in Chicago suburb.
