Overview
Timothy Choppin is counsel in the Washington DC Real Estate group. His practice centers around complex real estate transactions, with particular focus on the hospitality industry. He has represented lenders and institutional investors in hotel acquisitions and dispositions, financings, management and franchise agreements, and joint ventures in the United States and abroad.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2005, Timothy practiced with several other leading law firms in Washington, DC.
