Overview

Rémy Bonnaud advises international groups and investment funds in their acquisition, reoganisation, and financing transactions.

He serves French and international clients on their day-to-day tax affairs (monitoring and diagnosing tax situations, tax audits and tax litigations). He also advises private individuals on managing their tax affairs, particularly executives and managers on structuring their remuneration and professional investments. Rémy has extensive experience of international taxation, including transfer pricing.

In addition to his native French, Rémy is fluent in English.

  • Pernod Ricard on the disposal of Clan Campbell Scotch Whisky.
  • ICG on the sale of its majority interests in Infra Group, a European leader in the design, construction and maintenance of essential infrastructure networks.
  • A foreign investor on its acquisition of a minority stake, alongside Latour Capital, in the holding company of the Pharmacie Lafayette group (Hygie31), a network of pharmacies.
  • Sabena Technics on the acquisition of Héli-Union.
  • Pernod Ricard on the disposal of the Tormore whisky brand and distillery.
  • RG Safety group, a leading European distributors of Personal Protective Equipment owned by LBO France, on the refinancing of its existing debt.
