Paul’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity, venture capital and other corporate transactions, including joint ventures. He also advises management and boards on corporate governance, risk management and regulatory matters. Paul has served for many years as external counsel to a US-listed specialty chemicals company on corporate and securities and compliance matters.
Paul is particularly experienced in cross-border transactions and advising clients with international operations, including non-US clients making acquisitions, minority investments or setting up operations in the US. Paul spent a number of years in Mayer Brown’s London office, where he led the US Desk, and works extensively with our offices in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Paul serves as co-chair of our India practice and is also a member of our Chemicals, Critical Minerals and Transition Energy practices.
Paul has lived for extensive periods in India, the UK and the US and is fluent in Hindi and conversant in French.
