Mayer Brown expands real estate practice and notary's office with Tina Siebenhaar and Dr. Christine Koziczinski

Frankfurt – The international law firm Mayer Brown is expanding its German and European real estate practice as well as its notary's office in Frankfurt with the addition of a team led by partner Tina Siebenhaar and of counsel Dr. Christine Koziczinski. Both will join Mayer Brown from the international law firm BCLP as of June 1, 2024 together with counsel Lorenz Ludewig and several notary employees.

Tina Siebenhaar specializes in advising investors, banks, insurance companies and real estate companies on real estate transactions and project developments. She also has strong expertise in planning law as well as advising on construction projects. Most recently, she has been head of BCLP's German Real Estate Practice. Tina Siebenhaar is a notary based in Frankfurt am Main. In addition to her legal advisory work, she will also lead the notary's office at Mayer Brown.

Dr. Christine Koziczinski has a longstanding expertise in all aspects of corporate and real estate law, including joint ventures, cross-border transactions, and restructurings. Her notarial practice, based in Frankfurt am Main, includes M&A and real estate transactions as well as ongoing corporate law services for industrial and real estate investors.
