The program, chaired by Mayer Brown partner, Anna Pinedo, will cover the basics of private placements, resales of restricted securities, Section 4(a)(1-1/2) transactions and block trades. The program will have a surrounding focus on documentation, principal negotiating issues, and market developments relating to late-stage or pre-IPO private placements, PIPE transactions, 4(a)(2) and Rule 144A offerings, and confidentially marketed public offerings.

Anna Pinedo will deliver the program’s opening remarks for both days, and Mayer Brown partner, Brian Hirshberg will participate on two afternoon panels on March 31, 2022.
