Frank Tebbe represents real estate investors, developers, owners and operators in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, including industrial, residential, office, and retail asset classes.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Frank worked in-house at a private industrial real estate firm.

• A foreign investment company in the acquisition of a 635,000 square foot mixed-use office, residential, and retail development in Seattle, Washington, for $802,000,000.
• A foreign investment company in the acquisition of a 20,000 square foot office building in Washington, D.C. for $167,000,000.
• A developer in the acquisition, assemblage, development, leasing, and disposition of an 85-acre technology park in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
• A real estate private equity fund in land acquisition, formation of joint ventures and construction financing of several industrial developments across North America.
