Timothy C. Lee is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington, DC office and a member of the International Trade practice. Timothy’s practice focuses on foreign investment reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), foreign anti-corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) investigations, export controls, and economic sanctions issues. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Lee's pro bono practice focuses on immigration cases, including representing asylum applicants in immigration court.
Timothy received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and his BA from DePaul University. Timothy is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
