Charlie is an Associate in Mayer Brown’s Technology & IP Transactions practice. Charlie focuses his practice on business process outsourcing, data center leasing, and technology transactions related to cloud services and software licensing.
Charlie received his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri and received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Charlie participated as a student attorney in the Michigan Law Transactional Lab & Clinic. Charlie also served as an Associate Editor on the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown as an Associate, Charlie worked as a law clerk in the legal department of an engineering company based in Kansas City, Missouri. Charlie also worked as a Summer Associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office in 2017.
