Mayer Brown advised MVP Capital, LLC, a San Francisco-based independent advisory firm that provides a range of advisory services to clients in the technology, media and telecom sector, on its sale to Houlihan Lokey, Inc., a publicly traded global investment bank.
The transaction, signed June 23, adds substantially to MVP Capital’s coverage of the telecommunications sector and expands Houlihan Lokey’s footprint in the US. The transaction is expected to be completed next quarter following regulatory approval.
