Clients turn to Mathieu for his experience in domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions, including complex receivable finance structures, structured finance (securitization), leveraged/acquisition finance, corporate lending and real estate finance.
He acts for a wide range of domestic and foreign clients, including banks, arrangers, corporates, investment funds and guarantors on a variety of financing-related matters.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Mathieu practiced in the Paris office of a large international law firm and in a major French law firm.
