Ralf Hesdahl acts as Mayer Brown’s German legal risk management partner, advising the firm on all legal risk, regulatory, conflicts, and compliance aspects.

Ralf Hesdahl is an experienced senior finance partner and frequently recommends lawyers for counseling on matters of securitization, capital markets, and banking.
