Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises 3tentos on its first issuance of debentures worth R$ 625 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised 3tentos, a company in the agribusiness sector, active in the production of grains and biodiesel and in the distribution of inputs, on its first issuance of debentures, in the amount of R$ 625 million.

The debentures were placed through a public offering, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160, under the coordination of BTG Pactual (lead coordinator) and XP Investimentos.

The team was led by partners Rodolfo Tella and Bruno Cerqueira, with the participation of associate Artur Nascimento and legal assistant Giulia Palaria, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
