Tibble v. Edison: Supreme Court Addresses Fiduciary Duty of Retirement Plan Trustees

Why You Should Attend
On May 18, the Supreme Court issued its opinion in Tibble v. Edison International dealing with the duty of retirement plan trustees to prudently manage assets of the plan. Although the Court vacated and remanded the case for further consideration by the Ninth Circuit Court, the decision contains some valuable insight into the Court’s perception about a fiduciary “duty to monitor” investments under an ERISA plan.

Join two nationally-recognized ERISA litigators as they discuss the Tibble case and what it means for your clients. This must-attend webcast offers both a plaintiff and defense perspective on key findings within the Court's decision
