On 12 May, a seminar organized by Mayer Brown and Concurrences Review focused on a company’s rights in antitrust investigations. More than 50 guests heard panel discussions on:

  • The evolution of antitrust authorities’ investigative powers via new detection tools and legal developments
  • Legal privilege and other types of protection for business secrets and other sensitive data
  • Cooperation between EU national competition authorities and the issues their coordination raises for companies.

The panels were moderated by Antitrust & Competition partners Nathalie Jalabert Doury (Paris) and David Harrison (London).
Panelists included business leaders and representatives of the French Competition Authority, other national competition authorities, the European Commission and the judiciary.
