Social responsibility
Mayer Brown is strongly committed to the fight against all forms of discrimination as well as to the promotion of diversity and social dialogue. For instance, the firm is involved in the agreements and initiatives of the Paris Bar on this matter.

Responsibility in the relationship with customers
Mayer Brown has pre-established procedures in order to avoid any potential conflict of interest and commits to provide sensible advice and intervene on cases which are compatible with its ethical code and values.

Environmental responsibility and fight against global warming
Mayer Brown has been conducting several actions within the fight for the protection of the environment. In this way, a Green Committee formed by members of the office has led to the reduction in the amount of paper used, waste reduction and recycling and innovative actions.

One example is the installation of beehives on the office’s terrace in an attempt to save the bees and to produce quality honey.
