Package of Measures of the German Government for the Stabilization of the Financial Market – Requirements, Structure and Conditions

21 October 2008 - On 20 October 2008, the German Government issued the implementing regulation for the Financial Market Stabilization Act which took effect on 18 October 2008. The regulation contains more detailed provisions on the structure of the stabilization measures contemplated in the Financial Market Stabilization Fund Act (the Fund Act) and specifies the conditions which enterprises must fulfill if they use state aid.
