International Arbitration: Perspectives on Disclosure, Data Privacy and Electronically Stored Information – Winter 2011 Issue

13 January 2011
Mayer Brown Newsletter
In this latest edition of Mayer Brown’s International Arbitration Perspectives we have focused on issues related to data privacy and traditional and electronic disclosure of documents in International Arbitration proceedings. Significant tensions often occur during the arbitration process where the parties come from different backgrounds and have differing expectations of the document production process. We hope that our analysis of the issues will provide some helpful insight into the ways in which such processes are best managed. If you have any questions about any of the matters raised in this edition, please do not hesitate to contact any of the authors or the editors.
