September 2008 - Over the past several years, federal and state legislation has been enacted to provide incentives and implement mandates for the development and commercialization of renewable energy and renewable fuel technologies and projects. These efforts have resulted in a patchwork of laws rather than a single “renewable energy” or “climate change” policy.
