Protection granted to French companies by the American Chapter 15

Chapter 15 of the US Bankruptcy Code grants the right to protect the interests of a company subjected to collective insolvency proceedings in France, in the US. It gives the option to paralyse the schemes of the creditors aiming at the debtor’s goods found in the United States.
