Warsha Kalé practises in London's Antitrust & Competition group as Of Counsel. She has over 15 years' experience of advising private and public sector bodies in relation to EU and competition law, and public/utilities procurement.
Warsha advises clients in a wide range of sectors on the application of UK and EU competition law including: acting for clients in cartel investigations, advising on UK Competition Act investigations, and advising on the application of the UK merger regime and the EU Merger Regulation. In particular, she advises multinational companies on multijurisdictional merger control.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2015, Warsha practised at a top international law firm where she was seconded to an Indian firm for four months.
