Victoria Johnson is an associate in the Employment & Benefits practice of the London office. Her practice covers a variety of contentious and non-contentions matters across a broad range of sectors, including banking, insurance, consulting, real estate, health, sport and manufacturing.
Victoria’s litigation experience includes acting for employers in Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal, equal pay, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing. She has also been involved in a high court application for judicial review and high court litigation in respect of a breach of contract claim.
Her advisory experience includes advice relating to dismissals, grievances, redundancies, settlement agreements, global policies and TUPE transfers. She also has experience in managing international projects in relation to discrimination laws, enforceability of restrictive covenants and contracts of employment.
She joined Mayer Brown in 2013 as a trainee and as part of her training contract, Victoria spent six months on secondment to Moody’s Hong Kong and Mayer Brown JSM Hong Kong.
