Hai Nguyen is an associate of Mayer Brown JSM Vietnam and a member of the Firm’s International Trade Group. Hai has five years' experience in the areas of international trade and energy. He has been assisting various Vietnamese seafood producers/exporters in the U.S. antidumping cases on warm-water shrimp and frozen fish fillets as well as foreign steel producers/exporters in the Vietnam's antidumping investigation.
Hai has been instrumental in coordinating with Vietnam companies and contributed to the public awareness of antidumping issues in Vietnam. Hai has been regularly interviewed by top local media agencies including FBNC and authored a number of articles on international trade in general and on trade remedies in particular, including publications on Vietnam Economic Times.
Hai is also engaged as a visiting lecturer by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, where he lectures on certain law modules.
