Toshi Yoshida focuses on global energy projects and cross-border M&A transactions. He has particular experience and skills in dealing with Japanese companies, having background of working in Japan and being familiar with corporate culture there. His proficiency both in English and Japanese provides seamless communication in transactions involving Japanese companies. His recent representations include shale gas asset acquisitions, LNG projects, petrochemical projects and various M&A transactions in the US. While he has particular experience with Japanese clients, Toshi has worked with clients in Asia, the US, Latin America, Brazil, Africa, Australia and other regions and countries. Toshi has been involved in global energy projects and oil & gas business for more than 25 years and has extensive experience with national oil companies and host governments.
