Rebecca Klein is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. She joined the firm in 2013. Rebecca represents a variety of corporate and individual clients in federal and state court and in arbitration forums. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. Rebecca has significant experience in the defense of consumer-based class actions, including in the areas of data security and products liability. Rebecca has experience in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery matters, working with expert witnesses, and appellate briefing. Rebecca is also active in the firm’s pro bono program.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Milton I. Shadur of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. While in law school, she served as an extern for the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Rebecca received her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor on the Michigan Law Review. Rebecca received her BA, cum laude, from Miami University.
