Meg Levine is an Intellectual Property associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office. Meg represents industry-leading internet, media, and technology companies and Fortune 100 consumer brands, such as Google, Modern Luxury and Nestlé, in trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property matters. Her practice includes transactions, litigation, counseling and portfolio maintenance and enforcement. Meg’s transactional practice focuses on intellectual property due diligence, in addition to drafting and negotiating contracts such as licenses, coexistence and confidentiality agreements, and settlement agreements. Meg’s litigation experience covers a wide range of intellectual property issues, including trademark, trade secret, trade dress, copyright and patent litigation in federal and state courts and before the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Meg also manages trademark portfolios and has experience with trademark clearance, filing and prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. Meg’s practice includes counseling clients on strategic enforcement of trademark and trade dress rights, from the identification of infringement and pre-litigation dispute resolution through the conclusion of litigation.
