Matthias Füssel is a senior associate in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown’s Employment & Benefits practice. He advises national and international clients in all individual and collective employment law matters, in particular in the context of restructurings on business and company level, outsourcing transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, Matthias focuses on the preparation, conclusion and termination of employment and service agreements, dismissal protection and works constitution law as well as corporate co-determination law. Matthias regularly represents our clients in court proceedings.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Matthias worked in the employment practice of another major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main as well as for one of the leading Australian law firms in Sydney. In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English.
