Martin Goodlett is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. He concentrates his practice on securitization and other asset-backed finance transactions. Martin has represented domestic and international originators, sponsors, banks, issuers, borrowers and lenders in connection with various public and private structured finance transactions, including term securitizations, repurchase transactions, warehouse facilities and purchases and sales of financial assets.
Martin has experience with several different classes of asset-backed financings, including credit card receivables, auto and equipment loans and leases, dealer floorplan receivables, residential mortgage loans and trade receivables. In addition, Martin advises clients with respect to various regulatory developments, including amendments to Regulation AB, new rules related to the due diligence services in asset-backed transactions and Rule 17g-5 of the Securities Exchange Act.
Martin joined the firm in 2012.
