Marina Aronchik is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Marina focuses her practice on information technology and business process sourcing and outsourcing transactions.
Marina has represented clients in complex technology and business process outsourcing transactions, including information technology, finance and accounting, facilities management, and cloud computing. Marina’s experience also includes application development and maintenance, and ERP implementations.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Marina served as a fellow at the National Immigrant Justice Center in Chicago, representing clients before various levels of immigration courts. During law school, Marina served as a judicial extern in the chambers of Honorable Martin C. Ashman of the US District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
Before becoming a lawyer, Marina worked in the information technology industry helping clients, including a multinational medical device company, develop and implement a variety of web-based applications and data management systems.
